Staff great Clean room Great location Decent amenities Negative bed slightly too hard for my liking and there was no tea or coffee in room however Would go again

They charge 20 euros for late check in after 7pm, which wasn't informed prior. Hotel location was very difficult to find with no signage.

Wonderful hotel in Turino! The staff is amazing and so helpful! Our room was huge and we had 20 ft high ceilings! Huge tall windows! Great view! Very modern and clean! The only draw back was the mattress on the bed was very hard/firm. I think this is becoming more common in Europe. But it feels like sleeping on the floor it is so hard. Being from the United States, I am used to plush, pillow soft mattresses. I had to take Tylenol and Aleve to get through the night, My legs and hips were hurting so much. But maybe other people like things more firm.

This hotel is super good!! Super happy we stayed here. Everyone is super nice!!!

Great staff, massive room and bathroom, excellent breakfast! Perfect!
